Nido Calido Denia

Welcome to the website of our beautiful flat ‘Nido Calido’. Nido Calido is a lovely cosy place close to Denia's harbour and sandy beach and located by the city park. At our complex you will find a large shady garden with olive trees, a lovely swimming pool and all that at walking distance from all the sights of beautiful Denia. A special place that we are extremely happy - and proud - of and would love to welcome you to! 

Nido Calido means ‘warm nest’. With a lot of love, we have decorated our modern but homely appartment to make it a place where you feel at home. Completed in March 2025, it is equipped with the most modern and sustainable specifications with energy label AA. The flat has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a modern kitchen, air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms. Outside you will find a lovely shaded balcony and a garden equipped with all facilities for young and old.

About us | Linda & Bas

We are the Jonker family. In other words: Bas, Linda, Julian & Sebas Jonker. We live in the lovely city of Den Bosch in the Netherlands, where we feel at home. We only miss one thing here: the sun. So we went looking for a place with the most hours of sunshine in Europe. A place where the temperature stays comfortable in winter and where it doesn't get too scorching hot in summer. Spain's Costa Blanca North has stolen our hearts. We would love to let you experience why!
