We recommend that you take out proper travel insurance at all times.
It may happen that one has to cancel the holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the booker or his substitute must inform us in writing. A cancellation or change will in most cases involve costs.
In addition to the reservation and other costs due, the following is applied:
- For cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 25% of the rental price, being the down payment.
- If cancelled from the 90th day to the 30th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price;
- If cancelled from the 31st day to the 7th day before Arrival: 75% of the rental price;
- For cancellation from the 7th day to the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price.
In case of a no show, 100% of the rental price is due.
Cancellation by Nido Calido Denia:
In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, the Nido Calido Denia is entitled to cancel or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part without the guest being able to claim fulfilment and/or compensation:
A .Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, insurrection, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disturbances in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions,
B. Death of one of the owners or close relatives, etc., under which full or partial compliance with the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be demanded of Nido Calido Denia. This also applies in the event of business closure and/or sale of the property.
Amend:
If a guest wishes to change an agreement, this may be possible up to 30 days before arrival. After modification, the booking cannot be cheaper than the original booking. A modification fee may be charged for these changes.
Substitution:
If the booking is transferred in its entirety to a third party, the booker must indicate this in writing to Nido Calido Denia. A change fee will be charged for these changes. Already paid amounts will count as having been paid by the acquiring party. The transferring and transferee should arrange this between themselves.
