Terms and Conditions

We would like to welcome you to our flat and ask you to take note of our terms and conditions.

GENERAL

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of Nido Calido Denia.

1.2 By entering into a reservation request or booking, as a guest of Nido Calido Denia you agree to the General Terms and Conditions.

1.3 The minimum stay at Nido Calido Denia is three nights.

1.4 Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out is until 11:00. This can be deviated from by agreement.

1.5 Smoking is not permitted indoors or in the rooms. Smoking is allowed outside, but for reasons of fire and hygiene, all smoke must be put in ashtrays and extinguished before you lose sight of it.

1.6 Pets are not allowed.

1.7 Groups of young people under 25 are not allowed.

1.8 Guests can park their cars in private car parks. Parking is always at your own risk.

1.9 Guests must have a permanent place of residence.

1.10 The owners of Nido Calido Denia can deny and/or refuse guests access to the accommodation with immediate effect in case of violation of the general terms and conditions and/or house rules or in case of inappropriate behaviour, without further notice and explanation and without restitution of accommodation costs.

1.11 Nido Calido Denia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. You accept and acknowledge as binding the terms and conditions in force at the time you use the Nido Calido Denia website and facilities.

RATES

2.1 The rates shown are applicable for the entire flat and independent of the number of guests.

2.2 The rates shown include the use of water, electricity, air conditioning, heating. We would appreciate it if you do not use water and air conditioning unnecessarily.

2.3 The rates shown include VAT (or similar tax) according to the then current VAT rate.

2.5 Rates shown do not include the cost of cancellation and travel insurance. We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance.

2.6 The rates shown are subject to price changes.

2.7 The deposit is EUR 300 and must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Within 7 days after departure the deposit will be refunded to our known bank account.

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

3.1 A reservation request or booking can be made verbally, by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via booking sites.

3.3 Upon receipt of your reservation request and the confirmation sent by Nido Calido Denia, you are bound to pay the deposit. The reservation is not final until you have received confirmation from us and the deposit has been paid.

PAYMENT

4.1 The deposit is 25% (for other booking sites other percentages may apply) when the deposit is received, the reservation is final. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

4.2 For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the total cost of the stay must be paid immediately.

4.3 The deposit and balance payment must be transferred to IBAN: NL44INGB0675946735 BIC: INGBNL2A

CANCELLATION

5.1 Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by e-mail, stating your reservation number.

5.2 If the reservation agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

In addition to the reservation and other costs due, the following will be applied:

- For cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 25% of the rental price, being the down payment.

- If cancelled from the 90th day to the 30th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price;

- If cancelled from the 31st day to the 7th day before Arrival: 75% of the rental price;

- For cancellation from the 7th day to the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price.

5.3 In case of a no show, the full amount of the stay is due.

5.4 We recommend that you take out proper travel cancellation insurance.

FORCE MAJEURE

6.1 In the event of force majeure, whether of a permanent or temporary nature, Nido Calido Denia is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend all or part of the agreement without the guest being able to claim fulfilment and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, revolt, strikes, boycotts, disturbances in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close relatives, etc. under which full or partial fulfilment of the agreement cannot be demanded of the accommodation in all reasonableness and fairness. Naturally, we will make every effort to provide you with new accommodation at that time. If you do not wish to make use of this, the paid costs will be credited to you.

LIABILITY

7.1 Nido Calido Denia cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies Nido Calido Denia against claims in this respect. Nido Calido Denia is not liable for breakdowns in and around the accommodation, such as failures and breakdowns of electricity and water supplies and technical installations, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of the accommodation that have not been announced or announced in time. Nido Calido Denia is not liable for damage, loss or theft of the guest's personal property.

7.2 Nido Calido Denia can only be held liable for damages due to the owners' gross fault or negligence

7.3 Furthermore, the liability of the accommodation is always limited to the maximum amount that Nido Calido Denia's insurer will pay out in the case in question.

7.4 Use of the facilities at the apartment complex is at your own risk. Nido Calido Denia cannot be held liable for physical injury or damage to personal property resulting from their use.

DAMAGE

8.1 The guest shall behave properly and use the accommodation in accordance with the reasonable instructions for use given by the accommodation or the owners.

8.2 The principal guest is legally liable for damage caused by him or his fellow guests to Nido Calido Denia or the property or persons therein.

8.3 A case of damage must be reported by the guest to the owners immediately. Repair and or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the guest.

8.4 If keys are lost, the guest will be charged for all resulting costs.
