In winter, Nido Cálido is ideal for active couples and over-60s looking to spend the winter in Spain. Thanks to underfloor heating, air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, private parking and a quiet location next to the town park, the apartment feels just like home, even for longer stays.
In spring and summer, it is a wonderful base for holidaymakers and families wishing to explore Dénia, the beaches, the swimming pool, the harbour and the Costa Blanca.

About us | Linda & Bas
We are the Jonker family. In other words: Bas, Linda, Julian & Sebas Jonker. We live in the lovely city of Den Bosch in the Netherlands, where we feel at home. We only miss one thing here: the sun. So we went looking for a place with the most hours of sunshine in Europe. A place where the temperature stays comfortable in winter and where it doesn't get too scorching hot in summer. Spain's Costa Blanca North has stolen our hearts. We would love to let you experience why!
