How can you be reached?

The town of Denia is about 60min from Alicante airport and about 75min from Valencia airport. Both airports have excellent connections to the rest of Europe. To reach the apartment, the (rental) car is the easiest option.

Is there parking available?

There is 1 parking space reserved for the apartment in the covered car park. A few days before your arrival, you will receive proper instructions on how to park your car in the car park.

What are the check-in & check-out times?

You can check in from 15:00 pm and check out until 11:00 am. If you would like to check in or out at other times, please contact us (info@nidocalidodenia.com).

Are children welcome?

Of course! We have 2 young boys ourselves so there are already some (outdoor) toys for the children. The kids can enjoy the children's pool, the large shady gardens or they can just chill on the terrace or in the garden of the flat. We have 2 bedrooms and in the second bedroom there are 3 full-size beds where 3 people can sleep.

Is the pool heated?

The honest answer is, we don't know yet. We're going that way for the first time ourselves at the end of April and we'll check the temperature of the pool right then.

Does the flat have air conditioning?

Of course, all rooms are equipped with an air conditioner nicely concealed in the ceilings where you can set the desired temperature per room. Sleeping well will not be a problem in summer.

Does the flat have heating?

Looking for the sun in the winter months? A (longer) stay in our flat, is no problem at all. The flat has underfloor heating in all rooms where the desired temperature can be set per room.

What is there to do at the apartment complex?

You can use all facilities at the complex free of charge. Besides the swimming pool, the complex has a shady garden, a gym, a storage room for bikes, a common room with a kitchen, an indoor and outdoor terrace and the possibility to read or work undisturbed.

Are animals welcome?

Animals are not welcome.

Are smokers welcome?

It is a non-smoking flat.
